Nayutal Pte Ltd (hereinafter “the Company”) collects information from users through its iOS application software “Nayutal agent” (hereinafter “the App”). The Company recognizes the importance of protecting personal information and has established this Privacy Policy (hereinafter “this Policy”) governing the App. This Policy applies to your use of the App, and by using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to this Policy. If you do not wish to provide information, or do not agree to this Policy, you may not use the App.

- ID, password, and other information required to verify the identity of account users
- Content entered by you within the App (including safety confirmation status)

- Mobile device identifier (IDFV)
- Device model name

We retrieve information stored on our servers relating to you, using the ID and password we have issued to you in advance and which you enter within the App.

3. Notification, Disclosure, and Consent; User Control
If you wish to stop the App from collecting and transmitting information, please uninstall the App.
