Privacy Policy

Nayutal Pte Ltd (hereinafter “the Company”) collects the information set out in this Policy in connection with your use of the Company’s website and its iOS and Android application software “Nayutal Guard” (displayed as “NayutalGuard” on Google Play; hereinafter “the App”). The Company recognizes the importance of protecting personal information and has established this Privacy Policy (hereinafter “this Policy”) governing the Company’s website and the App. This Policy applies to your use of the Company’s website and the App, and by using them, you are deemed to have agreed to this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, you may not use the App.

1. Information We Collect and How We Collect It

(1) Identifier Generated by the App

  • An app-specific identifier generated and stored by the App (a pseudonymous identifier derived from a random value)

(2) Device and Environment Information

  • OS type and version
  • App version
  • Locale (language and region settings)
  • The trigger that started a scan

(3) Information Obtained When Checking the Connection Environment

  • The source global IP address, together with the country or region, carrier, likelihood of VPN or proxy use, and reputation information derived from that IP address
  • A summary of DNS check results
  • Security event and error information

(4) Information on App Operation

  • Crash, diagnostic, and performance information (which may include the device model and make)

(5) Handling of Passkey Information

Private keys for passkeys (FIDO2 / WebAuthn) handled by the App are held in the protected store provided by the OS and are never transmitted to our servers.

2. Use of Collected Information

The Company uses the information collected for the following purposes:

  • To provide our products and services
  • To assess the risk of the connection environment
  • For research, statistics, and analysis
  • For system maintenance and troubleshooting
  • To provide technical support and respond to customer inquiries
  • To develop and improve our products and services

3. Notification, Disclosure, and Consent; User Control

If you wish to stop the App from collecting and transmitting information, please uninstall the App. Uninstalling stops any further transmission of information.

Please note that information already transmitted before uninstallation is not deleted at the same time. Such information is handled in accordance with Section 6 (Disposal of Collected Information).

4. Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure

The Company may share your information with third parties in the following circumstances:

  • When we have obtained your consent
  • When required by laws or regulations
  • When necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person, and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent
  • When the information has been processed into a form that does not identify individuals

External Services Used to Provide the App

The Company uses the following external services to provide the App.

  • Amazon Web Services (cloud infrastructure)
    Purpose: receiving and processing information sent from the App
    Information sent: the information set out in Section 1
  • IPQualityScore (IP reputation service)
    Purpose: evaluating the source IP address
    Information sent: the source global IP address
  • Sentry (error monitoring service)
    Purpose: identifying crashes and defects in the App
    Information sent: crash, diagnostic, and performance information

5. Protection of Personal Information

The Company takes reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to prevent the loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction of your personal information.

To maintain the security of your personal information, the Company has established the privacy policy, ensures compliance among its employees, and implements comprehensive internal privacy protection measures.

6. Disposal of Collected Information

The Company will dispose of collected information when it is reasonably determined to be no longer necessary in light of the Company’s normal business operations.

Please note that the information collected through the App does not include names or other information that identifies an individual. Accordingly, there may be cases in which the Company is unable to identify the personal data subject to such a request.

8. Amendments to This Policy

The Company may amend this Policy without prior notice. Any amendments will be posted on the Company’s website and shall take effect from the time they are published on the website or within the App. However, for amendments that are disadvantageous to users, a prior notice period will be provided.

9. Web Analytics on the Company’s Website

The Company uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., to analyze how its website is used, for the purposes of improving service quality and the website itself. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not collect information that identifies individuals. The information collected includes statistical data such as pages viewed, referral sources, country and region, and browser and device types; individuals cannot be identified from this information alone. IP addresses are used to determine country and region, but Cloudflare Web Analytics does not store IP addresses. The Company uses this information to understand website usage and to improve its quality and services.
